What is a 3D walkthrough animation?
A 3D walkthrough animation is a video that moves a virtual camera through and around a building that hasn't been built yet, showing its exterior, interiors, amenities and surroundings as if you were walking through it. It combines photorealistic rendering with camera movement, music and text to tell the story of a project.
Walkthroughs are one of the most effective tools for real estate launches. They work on websites, YouTube, Instagram reels, WhatsApp, sales-gallery screens and investor presentations.

How long should a real estate walkthrough video be?
Most project walkthroughs run between one and three minutes. Shorter 15–30 second cut-downs work best for social media ads. We'll recommend a length based on where the video will be used.
What's the difference between a walkthrough and a fly-through?
A walkthrough follows a person's eye-level path through the space, usually inside. A fly-through uses aerial camera moves around the exterior and site, like a drone. Many project films combine both.
Can you add music, voice-over and our logo?
Yes. We add licensed background music, captions, your logo and contact details, with optional professional voice-over in English or regional languages.
Do I get still images as well?
Yes. Because the full 3D scene is built for the animation, we can export still renders from it for brochures and listings at little extra cost.
